1. What kind of file do I need for rubber PVC Patches and Rubber PVC Coasters

We require llustrator Vector files –  PDFs –  Please Convert to Outlines.

We can try to work with png files but prefer illustrator files. 

2. Do I need bleed for my files?

Coroplast, PVC, Foamcore, Car Magnets, Banner Stands and Large Posters:
We require a 0.5 inch bleed on all sides. If ordering at 24 inch by 18 inch, your file size should be 25 inches by 19 inches to allow for bleed.

Loose Outdoor Banners, Indoor Banners and Canvas Banners:
We request that no bleed or crop marks are placed. Make your file to the size ordered (or proportional).

If ordering hems, leave a 2 inch safe zone on all sides. Expect to lose between 1/8 inch to 2 inches per side with banners.

Mounted Canvas:

It is highly recommended to use our templates for mounted canvas. The bleed requirement is 2 inches per side.

Flags:

It is highly recommended to use our templates for Flags. We require a 0.5 inch bleed on all sides. Leave a 2 inch safe zone on all sides and the pole pocket area.

Table Covers:
It is highly recommended to use our templates for Table Runners and Table Throws. We require a 0.5 inch bleed on all sides. Leave a 1 inch safe zone on all sides. Table Covers come with sewn 1" hems on all sides, white thread.

Polyester Banners:
We require a 0.5 inch bleed on all sides. If ordering at 24 inch by 18 inch, your file size should be 25 inches by 19 inches to allow for bleed. Avoid having borders on the artwork, as the material may stretch during the heat transfer process which may result in uneven borders.

Aluminum Heavy Duty Prints (.080in):
Aluminum Heavy Duty Prints are printed on a sturdy, rust-proof 0.08" aluminum for maximum outdoor durability.  Available in a variety of sizes with round corners, straight corners or contour cutting.  Meet any mounting requirements with optional 3/8" drill holes or standoff hardware - available in a range of placement positions for greater versatility.  Most commonly used outdoors, although functional indoors as well.  Common uses include Custom Rig Prints, Custom License Plates, Branding Signage and more.

Thickness: .080"

Bleed: ensure you have .5"on all sides of your artwork, do not add crops.

Shipping times:

• PVC Patch and Coasters Orders take 25-30 business days to be delivered once artwork and samples are approved.  
• All orders are inspected and packaged prior to delivery. 
• International orders take 6-8 weeks to be delivered via chosen Carrier.
• Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

Payments & Samples:

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

• We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal.
  
• We also accept offline payments via electronic payment or invoice.

Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than US dollars.

All Sales Final.  We will produce a physical sample to view and can ship it to you (requires addition 2 weeks for processing order.)  

Once the sample is approved for production all sales are final.

All Patch Sales & Coaster Sales are Final Once Artwork is Approved. 

 Return & Exchange Policy:

• Return & Exchange Policy -  All Sales Final.  Samples available prior to ordering. Please take advantage of it.  Allow ample time for orders.
• For returns, please email sales@rubberpatchstore.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.  We will issue you an RA# if applicable.
• Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
• Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
• When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
• If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

Client is responsible for taxes and tariffs unless noted in the invoice. 

International taxes might be applied depending on your country's taxes policy.

Customs duty is calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods:

The percentage or rate varies depending on the type of goods. You can check the tariff applicable in the TARIC database for EU and Import calculator for USA.

• The customs value is made up of:
• the price paid for the goods,
• the insurance cost,
• the shipping cost.
